# Standalone

5s\_gathering runs on any framework, or standalone. It never calls the framework bridge, only the inventory bridge (to hand out gathered items). So "standalone" here just means pointing that inventory bridge at your setup.

## Framework: nothing to do

There is no framework dependency.

## Inventory

* Using a supported inventory (`ox_inventory`, `qs-inventory`, `qb-inventory`, `tgiann-inventory`, `core_inventory`, `basic-framework`)? Just set it in `5s_lib/config.lua` and you are done.
* On an unsupported inventory, implement the standalone stubs (`canCarryItem`, `addItem`): [Custom Inventory](/docs/assets/5s_gathering/custom-inventory.md).
